Coolors is a great tool to help you generate color palettes quickly, easily press the spacebar and a new set of colors are generated. Coolors also is a great tool for accessibility design, allowing designers to see how the colors look to those who are color blind. Also, you can quickly save your favorite palettes and export them in multiple formats.
Adobe Color is a wonderful tool that is perfect for those who already have Adobe products, you can easily save your color palettes in your library for easy access in your favorite Adobe design tool. Additionally, Adobe Color shows the latest color trends and allows you to extract color themes through photographs. With newly added accessibility tools, this will likely become one of my favorite tools for UX design.
Muzli Color is a new find for me, but the ease of use and inspirational color palettes may soon make it one of my most used tools. Enter your color or pick one from the grid below and Muzli will generate color schemes. You can also insert your own photo and Muzli Color will generate a palette and show it how it would look in a product.
Looking to design something inspired by a certain eras, Color Leap has 12 different color palettes inspired by different era throughout history. While this tool might not work for every project, it is a great tool to get inspired for your next design.
